Just another clean F with a couple of mods. (Only joking about the turbo - I knew that would get some attention!!!!!!) Just thought people would like to see another type of alloy wheel...people haven't stopped commenting on mine since I got them (17" Oxigin 1)

I would appreciate if someone explained how to post the image directly on the Forum!!!!! I took Tucker's advice on uploading to photobucket but I still don't understand how to link directly! [/img]

rite if u uploaded the pic to the web, you need the picture address. on the web page, right click on the picture, then click properties from the drop down menu.

this gives u loads of information abut the picture, one of which is the Address (URL) copy all of this address. you know you have it all when you can see the file extension at the end, so you have:

http://www.web.site.name.com/directory/pic.name.format

then, you need to post a message on the forum like normal. then at the top where you get all the options for bold italics and so on, there is an img button.

clicking this once puts a lil bit of code in the box where you type your message. click it, then paste in the web address and click the img button again. then your done.

click submit and bingo, you got urself a picture.

Art do you know what the difference between the 1.5 GLX and GXi is?

I have a sunroof, alloys, spoiler (no brakelight), all electric windows. Does that differ much from yours?

brakes look tiny with those huge rims, big brake upgrade required me tinks:P

yeh, i not got alloys, back leccy windows or spoiler. i don't got A/C either. the only thing i would like outa that lot is leccy back windows. i prefer to have ma windows open rather than AC anyway and i dun like the spoilers (no offence of course) that they stick on.

still got sunroof, cd changer and front leccy windows and mirrors. i had one fo those mazda guard alarms too, though i fink that was more optional extra sort of thing, which broke down anyway so i had it replaced.

do you get front fogs on urs? i not got those.

Nah I didn't get the fogs with the car. I wanted to get the original Mazda fogs but they were such a ridiculus price I couldn't justify getting them, got a similar off the shelf pair and stuck them in!

nice, i not too bothered bout fogs. not really the sort of thing i found a use for. mite try making sum of them angel eyes on monday though. if i can get the materials.

Ya I think Adam's F with the angel eyes is absolutely brilliant. I was just really disappointed when I read what was involved making them...I don't think I would have the skill or the patience to undertake such an operation!

Oi! It's my angel eyes! .... Do make them, once you're done, you won't be sorry! It took me about 6 hours to do, .. It shouldn't have to, but I had to improvise with many bits of the instructions! DO IT!!!

yeh i mite give it a go. where did u get ur LEDs and resistors from and can u by any chance remember the ratings on em?

umm. I umm. It was a long time ago! I think I got LEDs from Maplin, the LEDs required a current of 6V each, the supply is 12v, so I used 2 on each "eye", which meant no resistors! Easy peeezy!

Sup peeps just wanted to know its off the question here but what is the difference in the gxi, glx and executive ????????

gxi is the latest 1.5 model glx the oldest 1.5 model and I think the executive is the 1.8 model

there's also lxi and I'm sure you already know zxi...

I'm sure someone will correct me and that the facts are actually on this site somewhere
