When I made some for my 2 I used the original ones as a base as I knew the interface was good, then cut the dynamics front off them and glued them to my new caps and logos
:D

Edit here:

Made my own centre caps from some cheap white ones off ebay, some Mazdaspeed stickers and the old team dynamic ones :D

trouble is, the standard centre caps are massive - they fit to the outside diameter of the centre of the wheel, and stick out about 75mm
I was going to machine the tops flat to lose the Toyota logo and recess a round badge in there, but I wanted them to sit further in, which was a no go...so I had to get the old Blue Peter book of pikey modding out

Took a few pics with my new camera, and fitted my new headlights. I've had them for ages, took me a while to get bothered to take my old ones apart and clean up and paint the surrounds

Managed to get the car stripped, masked, painted, and back together in my day off last week...just got to re-trim the door cards one evening and we're good to go :)

Tarps up, extraction running, masked and ready...

All done, looks better than last time, I think :?

It's metallic, but oddly very textured...maybe it needs a clearcoat...oh well, maybe next time, it'll do for now :)

Thanks bud :)

I was at the unit last night trying to do the door cards again, and it was really sparkling when I shone the lamp onto it...hopefully it'll look great out in the sunshine. It looks a lot brighter than my previous "make it dark so it doesn't look like primer" grey

not sure about the BG yet. the paint is pretty shot, but for this year I'll give it a bit of a polish up, got no time (or money) for anything else. Over the winter, it might change colour... ;)

The RX7 received a little interior love a few weeks ago, or was it months, hard to tell. Anyway, I fitted some Aluminium switch stalks, and a Momo Prototipo steering wheel. The stalks were bare, so I made some stickers for them too :)

Looking good in there now :)
