Possibly interested in a 323, but it's 50 miles away and has the MOT advisories below, is it worth viewing do you think?

If it is not excessive that you can just sand it down and give it a quick repaint with some primer and some colorcode spraycan.

It will need attention but easily done as a roadside mechanic I suppose.

This is all fairly common, and chassis related, so you won't need to do any bodywork. Clean off the surface rust, paint with POR15 chassis paint or similar, job done! MOT testers advise on any surface rust they see, so pretty much all Mazdas will have some advisories for it

Its worth having a look at it, as it depends on bow much rust there is. If it is only surface rust as Marc says, just wire brush it off and go nuts with some POR15! If its a little more than surface rust (ie needs welding) then be prepared to say "its too much work so I'll leave it" - unless you like welding
