Seeing as my ZXi has clocked up 170,000 miles I thought id pay her some attention as a little treat for serving me so well over the past 2 years.

I never would have thought that a car I bought with just 6 months tax and for so little would have turned into a real passion for me. I had the intention of running her till the mot ran out and if she failed the next one then off she would have gone. How things have changed.

Shes far from perfect. Various body parts are held together with cable ties. She has a rusty rear arch that needs seeing to sooner rather than later but everything that has been done to her has been done on a very tight budget

Anyway, just a few pics after she had a wash and wax this morning

Awesome motor - you should be proud and with the backbox and intake sounds like a V6 porn monster

Looks great Darren,

How easy was the plasti-dip to use? Thinking of giving it a go myself on the GT's alloys, and possibly the Sport's alloys as well.

What sort of prep did you do?
