Made the most of the good weather to run my F up Zig Zag Hill, just above our farm.
Took my first vid too, with my old digital camera,
not the best results, a bit shaky and need to turn down the radio.

Also only 40 secs per vid available, ran out just at the top  I'll know for next time. :thumbright:

Loving that V6 sound 8)

Just celebrating 9 great years since I bought my ZXi, back in 2000 :D
:wav:

Took her out for a drive today, and she got filthy
So I spent the afternoon giving her a good clean and polish :thumbright:

A couple of pics taken in front of our farm shop:

A reflection pic from my front wing

Also found an old pic of my engine bay, taken in January last year, just before I joined Club323f and got bitten by the modding and detailing bug:

Does show the difference with this one taken recently:

Thought I would put up a few recent piccies.

Last weekend I managed to give her a good clean and going over with Megs 1, 2 and 3, :D
then she stayed in the garage for most of the week, with our wonderful weather

While she was waiting in the garage I took a reflection shot of my new Megs banner:

outside our farm shop:

With a better day yesterday I took her out to the hills above our farm last night, and got some pics with the sunset: 8)

Very pleased with how they have turned out, gave me a good basis for a new Avatar image :D
Think its time to update my sig too

Thought it was about time I added a new update ;)

I've had her off the road now for a couple of weeks, decided it was time to sort out the rust on my sill and seam edges. :(

I removed both flutes, the paint was flaking in places so I started out cleaning the off the loose paint:

Image

Image

Then I wire brushed back to clean metal, and gave the edges a couple of coats of rust inhibitor paint
then stone chip guard, finally sprayed Noble green and applied the last coat of lacquer this morning: 8)

Image

Image

Image

I am fairly pleased with how my first attempt has turned out. :D

While my F is sat up I have also been working on re-painting my alloys, removing the corrosion bubbles etc.
Quick pic of the first two:

Image

More details and pictures when all 4 are completed

My thoughts exactly ernee :( . I'd kill to have a garage.
I can't wait til we get the chance to go visit him again. Don't know how he gets the time though with the shop & animals etc.
She is so impressive, even more so in the flesh :D
