Hope Ronin doesn't mind - but here's a few more shots of his new baby from today:

I've just realised mate - you ignored my 'twin rear wiper' conversion idea, and took the original off too :evil4:

I never saw you take those! Rich I'm humbled :notworthy: :notworthy:

And I thought you knew about my smooth rear end ;)
I was impressed you recognised the Efini badges, shows you know your stuff!

Rob, she's certainly no Moby, I'd love to get a pic of them together some day. I always wanted black with Mazdaspeed kit & that's why I always loved your type R. & You know Brilliant black is the nicest

Yes they are MS skirts and yes the lip came from Hong Kong :D

Cheers all for the comments, really appreciate it!

eyy I'm not fussy..lol
the kits you have on the bottom are very simple as it must be
and for example the rear lights that many people have look good on yours only because the black color car
just an opinion: don't go too far with carbon fiber..I don't want you NFS style..

The CFB is sooooo much lighter than the standard bonnet - did a comparison at the Cleethorpes meet today. Sooo worth the it if you've got the cash

Not too sure you can paint carbon fibre as it seeps into the weave!!

the "fibres" are actually suspended in a resin - this is what gives you the shiny finish - if the weave was on the surface it would feel like a woven blanket

it is possible to spray them - just not sure if it can be harder to get a nice finish compared to the normal panels :thumbright:

Carbon/Glass fibre, same principle, as Matt says, its matting held together with resin, which sets, very hard ;)

So basically, prime it, and spray it :D:D you may find there are little airbubbles on teh surface of any resing based object, fill em with, yup, filler, jobs a good 'un :D:D
