Hi all

I want install Mazda 3 steering wheel my 323f ba 1.8. Some friends told fits but i couldnt be sure.
If fits, gonna buy at once.

Wait your answers.

I'd "assume" you would need the ENTIRE column to get the wiring etc...

:) I remember seeing this asked before cos I was looking at doing the same, but yeh I dont think you can get the buttons to work. Here's a link to the thread:

Today i told my friend who care about these things, He said yes fits. İf not fit, 323f ba hub can add on mazda 3 steering wheel. But i cant use the buttons. If i want to use the buttons, i must buy a expensive part. maybe in future i can turn on the buttons :D

Also i told my engine techician todayi he said fits. But i cant use the buttons...

That's correct Sayko buttons would not work :(
You have the steering wheel connected to the steering column
which then connects to the steering rack.

You would require the column shaft with the wiring as well.

İ can use buttons but its expensive. Example: m3 steering wheel 200 dollars, mainspring (for buttons) 150 dollars. İ can turn on in future maybe...

The cheapest way on getting them to work would be to get hold of the control boxes and looms from a 3 and then create a custom loom, but, it's a lot of work!
