I was on the look out far a diesel car to replace my old BA and reduce fuel costs a bit, thinking I might get a BJ diesel. Trawling through Autotrader these little diesels kept popping up. Hadn't really given a lot of thought to these little things or the pug 206 and Fiesta diesels. When it dawned on me that these would do 65 mpg and they were only £30 a year road tax the hunt was on Tried a few and came across this little baby It's a 2004 1.5 DCi 100 Dymanique and what a great little car it is! Loads of low down grunt and good handling. I've had it 2 weeks and I've got 58 mpg even though I've been trying out the performance Happy with this epic little motor

Keep on top of servicing and timing belts and it should serve you well

I had a 1.4 version. Good handling little car! Shame the engine wasn't made very well! I hope your's fair better! (Oh, and an owe some colour when polished up!)

Keep an eye on the sunroof, they're notorious for leaking into the car!

I think a lot of people are going for these type of cars now, £30 a year tax compared to £230 odd for your 1.8 or v6s. I've got myself a fiat stilo, £144 a year tax, and 53mpg.. it just means I can go out for a spin and not worry about getting 25mpg from the V6 which is sitting on a sorn... sad but true!
