Fascia adaptor

Hi Guys.

Has anyone got any recommendations on the best (fitting and quality) fascia adapter to get to replace the head unit please?

I received mine today that I got off eblag and it's a pile of cr@p!!!

It doesn't fit, clips broke, bad bad quality and supposed to come with loom, but didn't (item 150716836942 if you're interested) so emailed them and now looking for another one.

You have a facelift BJ, the best facia adapter is the OE pre-facelift fascia, as the PFL BJ only has a single din head unit. The PFL also had a digital clock next to the stereo. :wink:

A breakers yard would be your best bet

The one near to me as a PFL, If the facia is in good nick and easy enough to remove I could get it for you and send it to you, obviously if you cover what I paid for it and postage

I take it were talking about the whole console surround, as in this pic of my BJ

The surround is different, as the heater controls are different - but the clock part could be used

So its just the clock and cubby hole part he needs?

Is it easy to remove?

Just had a look at the PFL BJ in my local breakers, it has the clock and cobby hole and it looks easy to remove, its just the clock though, doesent show outside temp like mine above

By the way Roy, I'm not worried about the outside temp either as the computer tells me that.

The only reason for wanting it is so I can put my Pioneer head unit in. Then try and get the right hand speakers working!! :roll:

I'l pop over tomorrow and find out how much they want for it, I would imagine a fiver at most, and a few quid postage
I would get all the wiring from the clock etc aswell so you could run a feed to power the clock

Here you go fella, grabbed all you need this morning, dead easy to remove aswell, so will be easy to fit

Got everything you need including the loom for the clock, although there's an awful lot of wires just for a clock

Removed from an X plate PFL

Was only a fiver too

The BJ had front fogs aswell, but they would'nt sell them, just the whole front bumper

They were the rectangular type fogs so I would imagine they would'nt fit your sport
