ayrton suggested i put up a thread on here about my vw t25 i brought at the weekend so photos!

so there she is needs some rust control ill get photos of rust areas when i get a chance but today i had some time so thought id mess about with the inside while i dont have new body panels or money to buy them yet so i started remaking the roof cuboard ready for some speakers when thats finished ill get some photos up

Looks like a decent base mate, have fun with it, my van had 14 speakers, 4 amps ans 2 subs :shock:

hopefully yours will be as loud :lol:

Love these VW's, I had a fleet of them in SA, all were used for tourism so were fully seated and had either the 2.5 or 2.6 Audi 5 cylinder motor. Also had the older rounded shape VW panel van which was converted to a "Passion Van", done it myself and then another two for mates of mine. Had a 3.0 V6 Ford motor in mine.

Right todays update, had abit of a clean up of some bits and finished up the speaker box

so first of all the speaker box... thinking of 2 13cm speakers on the outside front edge and then 6x9's next to them .... maybe more

I would stick to one decent set of speakers in that box mate, if you put two sets in they may clash ?

don't put them all in the same place though, spread them around for a more even sound

Matt, do you want the large sub box I had in the BJ? 15" in the front, 6x9s in each side...

If I take the light panels out you can have it

what size sub do u get in that?

15" in the main part, 6x9 in the side parts, it's separated inside to be 3 different boxes, so you don't get cross channel interference

The 15" Bowers & Wilkins subwoofer could be yours...but it would cost you £50 - rare as hens teeth
