BA - Phoenix - Silver Innsbruck 1.5 - Tints and Resprays!

Hey guys,

About time to put up some pics of Phoenix up, she's pretty dirty at the moment so far and there is ALOT of work to be done on the car yet till I'm anywhere near happy enough with it:

On the list so far is:

*Lowering 40mm
*New alloys be it 15s, 16s, 17s in black if possible.
*HIDs (fitted)
*Induction Kit Fitted.
*bump Strip rubbish removed.
*Ported / Smoothed throttle body.

Plenty more to get done but this is for starters!

So here we go:

First day when I put on my front number plate incorrectly in the dark mind! (thanks Stu!)

I need to get more photos up really but I'll try posting some after I've given it a damn good wash!

First mods: resprayed reflector panel, Clear sides, HIDs fitted today, changed the Dizzy O-ring and fitted some crappy side lights... I want to thank Hughie very much for installing my HIDs they're great!

Cheers guys, hopefully get a few other bits done tomorrow, I'll fit my knob and gaiter tomorrow as well. Another first for fittings! (the gaiter not the knob).

Aside from getting my insuranc renewed, I've also finally got round to fitting some of the old mods and some new to the car:

Leather Gaiter, First time I've ever fitted one, so I'm probably overly proud of myself!

Induction Kit refitted after I've recharged the cone filter:

Front Strut brace:

Oh and a lucky charm, VOODOO GENIE!

Oh I have, I used to have them on Crystal they don't have the distance, to be honest they tend to fall off after about 1k miles but I have loads of them so better on my car than stuck in a draw!

Fitting rear strut and degreasing the engine tomorrow

UPDATE:

Rear strut fitted today I really couldn't be arsed to cut up the trim so I just transfered it from Crystal got some mismatched colour now but I don't care. bit more trim rattle now but it's not enough to annoy me.

Also spent about 5-6 hours on the doors and I'm still not happy only managed to do 3 doors! So next weekend got more to do (only got pics of the back doors not the drivers side front):

Cheers guys just got the one door left then I will go over and spend many more hours polishing the doors to bring them up a bit, then got to fit:

* Colour coded door handles
* Custom dials once Hughies done the trimming
* Steering wheel (when it gets here).

Also got lowering springs to look forward too as well
