First of all, credit where it's due - this guide was originally made by Ry4n to make a guide for installing the heated mirror relay on a BA with Aircon.
I've edited it to make this guide (removing the Aircon removal part)

Secondly, I would recommend having numbered sealable bags handy and having a numbering system for each set of nuts, bolts and screws you remove for easy reinstallation of the dash


Start of with this Dash Removal guide

Then:

Remove bolts on side panels (drivers and passenger):



Remove the sterring column cover:


Remove the 2 nuts holding the steering:
Note: move the front seat forward to catch the steering wheel after you've undone the bolts.


Remove heater console:


Remove the centre lower panel:
Note: try and remove the radio first and undo the wires as they dont pull long enough.


Undo the fastener (and also on the opposite side not shown in pic).


After removing the glove box and lower panel holding the glove box (pic not shown) you will see the air duct, just remove it and you'll have access to the four bolts of the passenger airbag, remove them:





Then remove the airbag connector (yellow wire / yellow connector) in the passenger side footwell. You have to remove some fasteners and side cover before you can access the relay block
Make sure battery has been disconnected at least 5 mins before removing any airbag.
Put the airbag somewhere safe and handle it with caution.



Remove the grill and centre bolt;


Remove the a pillar on both sides:


Remove the 4 nuts of the centre instrument panel:



Remove these bolts and on the other side as well:


Now you can remove the whole top part of the dashboard.

Thanks guys - but i cant take any of the credit, Ryan made it, i just reworded it a bit and removed some of the steps that most of you wont need (removing the a/c parts to get at some relays)

Sorry to dig up an old thread, but the link to the beginnin of this tutorial doesn't exist anymore? Is there another link to it?
I'm lookin to remove the dash in order to install gauge rings.
