i will list the steps for you so as to avoid the same frustrations i met with!

1. replace the driver wire loom from the driver side dash to the driver door.
this involves unpluging everything from the driver door and replacing with the new loom just to have the different window switch plug.
2. the above will mean you need the portion of the door card with the hole for the 4 door switch along with the switch itself
3. once you have done 1&2 you should have the same functionality as before....plus two extra buttons that do nothing and will eventually operate the rear windows.
4. in the rear doors replace the loom from the car to the door, extra plug for the motor but take note as central locking and motor wire have same size plug. make sure no wires will hit the mechanism, your gonna get sticky hands.
5. remove glass by undoing the 2 stops at top, the 3 nuts/bolts on the middle runner attached to glass
6. remove the middle rail and manual winder
6a. take the bolt from the middle rail that has an allen key slot. this needs to go in your new leccy rail and it used to adjust the angle. it needs to go in with about 1.5 cm between middle round part and frame for the window to shut right.
7. fit new motor and rail.
8. fit glass into the rail
9. fit stoppers at original position (in paint) so window seal correctly.
10. do the other side

u def need a different loom for the rear

here is a pic of the middle rail and holder that needs 3 bolts unscrewed to get the glass out. in this case the glass is out of the metal holder (top of pic)
it also clearly shows the angle adjuster bolt

here is a pic of one of the two blocks that need to be removed
