ok sounds like u basically lift out the glass and existing runner frame. replace with motor and put back in.

dont know why you need to take out the runner frame? i never needed to when i did mine

ok so do you:
get the glass out
take out the manual winder,
take glass off old mechanism
then fit the new mechanism to the glass
fit motor inside door
put glass back in?

How do you change the angel of the glass?

well i did all the looms first,
undo glass stops (marking where you took them off to save time at the end)
loosen the bolts off the old mech
pull glass out
undo and take the old winder system out and replcae with new
test the switches to make sure the elec mech works (raise it near the top and sit the glass on the mech then lower the mech and glass down so you can tighten the bolts.
think thats it all, and dont know if you can change tthe angle of the glass sorry
