Mate, what wing mirrors are they?

You really need to bring the BA to the UK rather than the BG when you come here

**Posted:** Fri Oct 05, 2007 4:06 pm

yep you really need to come to the uk for a group meet... hopefully JAE 2008 ;-)

Yeah, I might come, but my BA stays in germany :/ Will be bringing my BG though...

Which rotors used? I'm going to buy FC brake calipers to upgrade, with mini cooper rotors (280mm 4x100)

**Posted:** Mon Jan 07, 2008 6:42 pm

Exactly my plan - callipers are FC (270x22 standard), discs will be Cooper S (276x22) - should fit nicely, i'll only have to find someone who makes the mounts for the callipers.

I'll also have to sort out whether to use the FC brake cylinder and supplemetary thing (dont know the english name) or the one from a BA V6...

Ok! I will follow your footsteps, as some see FC calipers buy it, and started with the upgrade.
My problem is that in Spain, an approval of brakes costs 600 €, and I need to do a brake upgrade disguised to not look

One thing ... with Miata nb 1.8 rotors (270mm) can also, right?

**Posted:** Mon Jan 07, 2008 8:23 pm

I think, you'll be faster than me since i wont even see my Lantis for at least 8 months now

Don't know about the NB discs, if they are also 22mm thick and have the same offset they should be an even better option since the hub diameter would fit perfectly (whereas the Cooper has larger diameter hubs).

The diameter of the NB hub is the same that our Lantis (think), but the diameter of NB is 270mm and the diameter of FC is 277mm, I don't know if NB rotors fit properly with FC calipers

**Posted:** Mon Jan 07, 2008 9:29 pm

The diameter of the FC discs is 270mm according to my parts supplier...

In www.ebcbrakesdirect.com says 277mm. Do you know other rotor diameters web?

**Posted:** Fri Jan 11, 2008 3:06 pm

Only german shops - just checked, MX5 seems to have 255mm (you were right about the FC -> 276mm just like the Mini), so i'll stick to the Cooper discs. I'll just need some adapter rings for the hubs.

no!! mx5 nb 1.8 have 270mm rotor!! but no works with FC caliper, go to Mini rotors
