Dates have been announced for Japfest next year. Thought I would try and get some information up as soon as possible to give people time to plan, save some pennies and have a target

Ticket Price - will update once official info is provided
Entry ticket with stand pass - £25/£33 (per adult with t-shirt and show edition magazine / per adult with hoody and show edition magazine)
Track time - £35

As per the previous few years we will need to book tickets direct through the Japfest website. Once information has been released, I'll be signing the club up for a stand so I'll be able to give people the club booking code.

tickets are now on sale for Japfest Silverstone 2018. As previous years we have a unique code that you'll need when purchasing your tickets, which hasn't yet been provided to me - as soon as I have the code I'll pass it on to all on the above list.

I now have the code so it'll be passed on to those on the above list shortly If you want to attend with the club and haven't yet got the code - drop me a pm and ill send it over

All club tickets will need to be purchase by Tuesday 3rd April 2018. After this you will only be able to buy public entry tickets.

I've had a confirmation email this morning from a very helpful Jess at Kelsey Media. Track times have been granted for Japfest Silverstone to those who had issues at Donington last year.

The passes will be sent out in the usual fashion to the email addresses you booked your JF2 tickets with. All 4 of us from the session have been booked on to session Q @14:20.

Please note; you will still need a club entry ticket to be on stand

I'm trying to buy my Japfest ticket, but when I use the above URL

I'm getting an error "Sorry, request not permitted", and then it tells me I'm logged out of Flame Concepts and need to log in

Hey Serena

That URL won't work directly - you'll need to go to the Japfest website and click on the "Club ticket booking" button on there (http://www.japfest.co.uk/buy-tickets-0). From there, you'll need to choose Club323F from the dropdown, and enter the password I'll PM you shortly (Lee might have done that already, but I'll do it just in case).

What's the status of the MX3?

The mx3 is OK just not track ready and I'm working on a new engine for it.
I missed you lot last year so I'm going to work my a**e off to get to some show with you all.

What time do we have to be on the club stand. Didn't realise we are in London Saturday night

I don't think its been stipulated this year as to what time we have to be on stand.....if you're coming in the land rover you'll be pushed to the public parking anyway mate.
