So after our little issue on the way back from JAE I decided to sell the red F and get something a little more practical and less thirsty for the nursery run. I'd been thinking about it for a few weeks as I was only getting around 250 miles to a full tank of over £60 so I was struggling to justify it.

Anyway, here's what I bought. It's a 57 Mazda 3 Tamura 1.6....wooow immense power! We had a 3 this shape before and quite liked it so with the budget I had this was my choice.

As I was still injured I couldn't do what i usually do and get outside with the meguiars so the wife had to do some bits for me XD

wheels from the red F swapped on, thanks wife. Felt a bit better so managed to get a few other bits done.

Finally did manage to get the megs out on the boot lid so went with clay bar then the red 3 stage paint clean, polish and wax.....loving the colour

Looks good. The 3's really suit RX8 wheels, needs some lows though
