Maylander's MX-6 KLZE

Well, picked this up on Saturday. It will mainly be mine and Dad's track car. It hasn't got an MOT or Tax so had to be picked up on a trailer.

We had to go down to Devon to pick it up, which wasn't a great journey due to the bank holiday traffic (a 12.5 hour round trip in the end).

Here's some pictures:

Next to the daily drive (I got rid of the Mazda 3):

The only mods are stainless steel backbox and air filter intake, and its sounds very racing-car-like.

On the second day I realised the alternator wasn't fitted it correctly, so I fixed that in a couple of hours. And the straighted out the bumper a bit better (it must have had a slight knock at some point).

Err yes and no. This will be the track car that I don't have to worry about. I've already started called it Nurby.......
