well ,it is finally time to say goodbye to my BJ 323F.

to be fair i got over 20,000 trouble free miles out of it, but wont be looking to get another.

the bodywork is just too shocking on the 2001 BJ and is is falling apart.

just been replaced by this 2001 VW Passat 1.8L 20V Estate.

have to say this is a massive step up, and will certainly not fall to bits in a hurry.

Not a bad car those, looks like a B5 if it has the glass headlights
They are a comfortable car to drive and they can be well specced with climate control etc
Pleased you opted for the non turbo as they can be problematic if they haven't been serviced regularly with the right grade of oil

Only thing to watch on them is they are known for water ingress into the passenger side footwell and unfortunately they're is a module under there that controls the central locking and electric windows etc so if they all of a sudden stop working you know where to look
