My 1.5LXi BA is about to fail its MOT, so I thought I'd offer it on here as spares or repair
It runs out on Tuesday (a week today), so can be driven away up until then, it works fine but will need more work than the car is worth to get it though the test. Nothing major, just not economical for me to pay someone to do. Bodywork is in pretty good nick, no rust that I can see (although it is badly painted a scabby matt black) and the engine and transmission are sweet as the proverbial nut. All the glass is good, as are the seats.
Or alternatively we'd be willing to take postable bits off it, will send at cost, we'll entertain sensible offers for pretty much any of it! If you want any of the big bits, you're very welcome to bring your spanners to South Wales and dismantle it yourself. We'll make the tea.
What's left after the end of March will go for scrap...
I had a lot of help from you guys after the scumbag broke into it (he's in court tomorrow, hehehe) so thought I'd return the love by offering some cheap spares
as I'd rather the old girl helps keep someone else on the road. Melanie
