Hi,

Today I became the proud owner of my first 323, infact, its my first mazda, I have been following your site for a few weeks since I decided a 323 was the car for me. Looking forward to pickin up tips and learnin from this forum on how best to run, maintain and and mod my new beauty.
Any tips for newbies would be very welcome, infact the 323 I bought was linked from ebay on this site just last week, 323f executive, red with 63k miles.
If any of you guys can remember the car, what were your first thoughts?
I know its difficult to judge from pics, but it seems like the perfect template for a decent project.

As I have just moved to yorkshire, I would also welcome any suggestions for a good styling shop if anyone knows any round here

Thanks

ps. if I figure out how to put pic on I will[/img]

Thanks

Had to cross the pennines for this one, not a single decent 323 for sale round york, was buzzin when this appeared on e-bay!
gutted though as I managed to break the aerial straight away, went to get it washed and when i realized the motor wasnt retracting it I pushed it down....but pushed it too far and now I have to take the boot apart to fix it, any tips on gettin it movin again?

That certainly is a fine example right there :)

The Executive is clearly the best of the BAs ;)

Search this forum for "Aerial" and I'm sure you will see it's not a rare problem for them to break! They're easy to fix too :)

Wow only 63K miles. You'll find the 323f a joy to drive and before you know it there will be many more miles on the clock. Welcome to a great club
