Both my old and new speakers are making a weird noise when i turn the volume up in my sterio.. dose'nt matter if i have them in the door or holding them in my hand. How do i fix this... note that my CD player was changed just 2 weeks ago but i've revired that thing 2 times after the sound started.

Is it possible that my CD Player just can't handle the music being louder

What kind of noise are the speakers making?, distortion or popping and farting etc?

Try a different speaker (that you know works) on all the speaker outputs but it does sound asif yours are blown..
Or check all the '+' and '-' wires are ALL correct, as if you have one set out of the whole system the wrong way round, it will throw it all off
