I know what you mean fella... You could make a stealth shelf easily enough, at least you'll keep the stock look...not sure what you could fit in the original locations, they sit in little brackets, so you might be able to make something up so larger units fit up to the grilles or something ![]() I have no rear plastics in the GT, so I can't even go and have a look

Yes mate there 4" holes. Wouldn't sound too bad with some nice alpines, Just dont expect any bass from them. Stick a sub in the boot for that. |

ok, cool, i will get some standard 4" for the rear, i take it there is plenty of depth room, unlike the fronts. tbh, im not looking for much bass, just a clear crisp sound. as my cardboard speakers and literally rotting away, i touched the speaker in the front and my finger went straight through it LOL |

Have a look at this... viewtopic.php?f=53&t=17085&p=289126&hilit=boot+speaker+build#p289126 I remembered this and wanted to do it myself but I can't afford to lose the space it would take up in the boot because I have to use it for shopping. |

im not fussed about a sub. i literally just want a quality sound! my computer speakers are quality sound, and there just a 2.1 system, (2x 2" speakers and a 4" sub woofer) it sounds awsome |
