Hi all!
So my "new" 323F has had some audio upgrades, which I have receipts for to a Clarion head unit and some beefier rear speakers, but that was back in 2003! Unfortunately it hasn't aged well with the head unit a bit flickery and worn (it's also eaten my CD

) and all 4 speakers are...let's just say rattly with any volume.
So first things first, since they are easy to get to, I've removed the rears today. Before removal I've tested them and only the drivers side one was actually working. Unfortunately the cables on both sides are a bit corroded, so I'm blaming that. I've also noticed the rears seem to have been bodged together, with the cables cut and taped back together at some point, so I'll investigate that also.
Size-wise I've had some trouble getting a clear picture online but it's 4" units that I've taken out of the rear, so that's what I'm putting back in. The grille for the fronts seems to be about 6" and online that seems to be the number thrown around, so I've ordered some 6" speakers for the front.
The challenge is...does anyone know how to safely remove the front door cards? I cannot find a guide with images anywhere for the BG 323F! it's all BA's

Any help owuld be welcomed!
I also need to replace the drivers door window regulator, so that'll be fun.
Hopefully the head unit will be an easy straight-swap out as wiring I'd imagine will be the same given it's already been replaced with a standard single-DIN Clarion unit.
If anyone would get help from me documenting any of this, just let me know
