I would like to suggest that we have some banners up at the top of the website for up coming events and such like. I remember we had one last year for JAE, and there was a fantastic turn out for that...

It would help bring events to the attention of people who don't necessarily read the whole forum, but who would still be interested. Event turn out has been a little disappointing lately...

I'll even provide free proof reading

Sounds like a good idea... I remember that banner and It worked well

Spot on Karissabob - sure not everyone reads the event section...

any chance of a JapShow Finale mention here...

*cough*JAPSHOW FINALE 4th & 5th OCTOBER*cough*SANTA POD*cough*

And we all know what a super time we have at these events, don't we, boys and girls

Grrrrr

Just thought I'd bring this to everyone's attention again Seeing as we're looking into some forum/server 'improvements'

Hi there bob of karissa-ness.

We're currently looking into other, more pressing issues in the forum, but I'll personally make sure that the events promotion banner suggestion is brought into it somewhere along the line. In fact, if it gets the thumbs up I might even claim it was my idea!!!

All these suggestions and ideas will be considered but right now we need to arrange them into some sort of order and keep them all in one topic. They'll all be assessed, and either discarded or used with any new set up.

Thanks Neil, I realise that now the server thing is a bigger issue, but I did mention this before all the problems

Cheers
