Boys and girls - it aint too far off summer, and with folk like me with a de-cat pipe affecting global warming, it'll be here even sooner
On monday night I decided to make myself a Club sun-visor, you know the sort - unfold em into your windscreen and they stop the interior from getting redders when its sunny - anyway, my guinea pig was a £1.99 plain silver number from Asquith and Associated Dairies, or ASDA if you will
I set to with a piece of hardboard acting as a straight-edge and a permanent marker, using my extensive maths skills and a ratio of 1:4.5 made this - Thing is - I first hunted around the net to find folk who'd make these for us and found nowt.......
Reckon it could be an ideal promotional tool, so - anyone know of companies etc who'd do em.............? |

Couldn't someone make a spraypaint template, and then paint / spraypaint it on then coat with some laquer or something? Then you can buy the paints and sun visors and paint and sell accordingly with a few quid profit per sale? Just an idea, and probably wouldn't work but im no D.I.Y specialist |

Template is easy enough to make, and we could easily enough order the visors. With the spray paint though, I'm not sure how well it would stick to the material. Might have to try different paints, but it would be cheaper to produce ourselves, and wouldn't have to find anyone to make it
But AWESOME idea, you can put me down for one NOW! I love ways to promote the club. |

I guess you could buy a visor and test paints out on it, im not sure what the material is that they use on them, could use good old google. I would buy one if I get a 323! |

I'm sure if permanent marker worked on Stu's you can probably find it in spray form. |

Right . . . someone like these guys www.impact-uk.com/ http://www.4imprint.co.uk/ http://www.totalmerchandise.co.uk/home.php might be an option. They do all sorts of things and it seems like they would print of pretty much anything you asked for.
Even if we got the sun reflectors from a different source and supplied them for printing. I really like this idea!

Driving with a "stu-visor" isn't really advisable Doug....
Could try Emailing Morleykor, he's in the printing trade.
