Soo wanted a KLZE Car but could not find one in the time. Wanted to try a bit more power so on an impulse, I went and bought this on Wednesday. FTO GPX Triptronic. So nice to have a V6 again. Love the semi Auto box. First car I've owned with a redline at 8000rpm. Amazing condition for a 20 year old. Wheels are shite so looking for a nice set of Black 17"

197 bhp at new. No mods at all apart from alloys. 7th Car in 2 years. All went wrong for me when I wrote off the Red ZXI. I loved that car. Just going to enjoy this one. Not a lot you can do really. that much hp from a v6 2.0l N/A means they did a pretty good job of tuning it at the factory. Mivec engine is amazing. The faster it goes, the quicker it gets. But in Full auto mode a cruiser if you want. Putting in a top quality panel filter. Not even putting a cone on. Reading on the FTO site, at a track day, the K&N Panel Filters had more power than induction kit models.
Can't believe how cheap they are as well. Mint condition inside and out, 66,000 on clock, most of which is km's. New Alternator, New Discs and Pads New full S/S Exhaust. and 12 Months MOT. All for £900. Bargain

Nice mate! shame the KF didnt come with 197 lol! I do like the shape of them aswell.

Guy I used to play football with had one of these (not sure if it was the same spec) but he used love the MIVEC engine. I took him out in the BA before I had coilovers setup and he said the BA definately handled better than the FTO......whats your opinion?

Haven't really tried it properly yet. Had been stood a couple of years, so going to do full service very soon. Then try it out. Deffo a heavier feeling car. The Mivec is great but also used to love the variable valve timing in the Mazdas. Hit 4000rpm and you had a different engine. He prob did have same spec. Only the GPX had the Mivec 197bhp. 0-60 nothing special. With the semi auto gearbox, it's about 8. The Manual version is about 7. I thought about Manual but then thought, How fast do I really want to go? Love sitting in traffic jams now without the clutch up and down. Knees not so good. And the tiptronic gives it the Fast and Furious Manual shift. lol We never grow up really do we?
