Just trying to sort mine today. To remove the 'sheer bolts' I just tapped a 19/32" socket lightly over the top and turned. Not very tight at all.
Will replace with 6mm flange nuts (10mm spanner).

Now, not having a wiring diagram, what is the green relay bolted to that footwell panel alongside the ECU ?
