When I have my headlights on dip the passenger side is very dim and when I switch to full it goes out completely, I have replaced the bulbs and the fault still occurs, has anyone else experienced this?

Sounds like a bad ground connection.

x 3 on a dodgy earth. Check for a "dry" bulb connection. :wink:
