Hello to all!!!!

My name is Nikos , i am new in the club and I just get my Mazda 323f ,1998 model.
It has 230000klm and its in decent condition. I was a fan of those cars for years.
I will try to make it a better car but i will need your help.
The first thing that i discover and i want to fix if possible is the slow window motors. Its working all 4 of them but when i try to close the windows the procedure is slow to the point that i hear the motor is going to stop. Is there a fix for that kind of problems ?
