Is there any way to remove and replace the front fog lights with out taking the front bumper off?
Can the bumper be un-clipped and un-bolted at the bottom and pulled away to gain access?
If not I am going to wait until the sun shines and its warmer before i attempt full removal of the bumper.

Officially the hatchback (5 door) needs the bumper off. But weirdly on the saloon BJ 4door the front is different and you can remove the wheel arch liner to reach the fog lamp. Note: The 4-door was not officially imported to the UK.
But unofficially I'd look behind the wheel arch liner first on the 5-door! I've not had to do it because my BJ doesn't have front fog lights.
