Looking at a new BA, and it requires a repair on the inner sill, yep, good old rust monkeys, any ideas on a rough cost of repair? Or would it be(heartbreakingly) a job too far?

All depends on where it is, and how hard it is to recreate the shape, get access to the area etc. Cheaper than on the outside where it needs to be an invisible repair. painted etc
