 Post subject: Rear bumper removal 2

Hi.Iv'e managed to locate some of the bumper attachments. 2 on top 1 on each side near the mud flaps
1 under each rear light cluster. Under the bumper near the tow hitches are strange spike shaped fluted fittings that attache to the bumper. How do you remove these?. Any advice would be appreciated.
