Hi guys whats the best n cheapish wax oil clear coating seen a few on ebay.

Master guard
car plan

few options and dearest is hammerite. getting my car back from bodyshop this week and ill be sprayin the arches to protect it over winter

Dinitrol for the exterior, bilthamber cavity wax for the cavities.

the one I use is black, it's very good. Why would you want it clear?

for the arch lip

I'd be looking for a tougher finish for the arch lip, Waxoil and Dinitrol are designed to stay "tacky" to enable self-healing. I'd probably go with something like silver smooth finish Hammerite, or even brushed on laquer. :wink:

ye but not keen on arch looking shit after iv just paid to have them built and resprayed.
