Door panels are easy enough - there is a guide on here somewhere I'm sure?

Lift the window switch panels at the backs, and then slide backwards to release them
Screws in the handles, (and behind the handles once you've removed them) and in the door release handle
Look for small popper type clips as well, then prise panel off (popper clips behind into door) and lift over the locking button

Speakers are 5" x 7" in the front doors, I have JBLs in mine, not bad for the money, if you get really stuck I have some standard ones that are still in very good condition.

hope this helps, good luck!

what are good replacement speakers for the rear ?
i was thinking of getting a set of jvc 5x7's for the front but not sure what will go in the back ?

easy assembly once you take the door card off once its really easy to do again if needed
i will do a little demo in the next few week's when i ahve to take ine off again to replace mine
as i have blow the right hand side front and back speaker and also my lefthandside eletric window motor has just died :(
