I think the injectors just pull out, but you need to unbolt the fuel rail first.
Why do you need a new one, and how do you knowwhich one it is?

hi there, sorry for the late reply i did a diagnostic test and they said it was the third injector that was gone. I did replace that but still having the same problem. The problem with the car is that it has erratic idling and sometime stalls on traffic lights. I already changed the throttle body and an injetcor not sure what the problem is. Can someone please shine some light on this problem which would be much appreciated. thanks in advance.

I agree with this one. I took mine to the dealership to find out why my 99 GSi was stalling at lights and they said it was the intake manifold gasket. That gasket is cheap itself but getting the intake monifold off was pretty tough. If you turn on your car and let it idle and hear a faint hiss/sucking noise (hehe, giggity) then that would be similar to what i was experiencing.
