Brucey, you maybe onto something here with the frezzed relay.I'll pop it off and get it home to heat it up to room temp. and then will got to the car to see if there's any change.
About the fuel pump, when i put the adjustable fuel regulator i realised that the fuel rail is pumped to pressure only when the crank turns. Not before, like other car brands.
You can see here on the vid. i made:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ngH4ENHsWW0 when the F had its heart fixed, you can see the manometer of the FPR,the pressure rises only when the crank turns, not before.Well, it didn't fire right from the first time, but you can clearly see the needle go up when the crank turns.I never turn the key right to the starter on the sec.At that time again i was cautious, i was listening about any shorcircuits or connect failures at the time.Bearing in mind that i get the engine out and put it in again, i thought that i could mistake some cables arround. So i carefully turn from acc to ign. on to starter. Also when i played with the car pump(when i put 2nd pump inside)

i also confirmed that the pump actuates only on starter. On ignition ON it doesn't seemed to do anything.
Odd or not that's how the car worked maybe all her life.
