You won't get a "direct fit" hose kit but you can buy silicone hose and make it fit - best bought on ebay. The top hose can be made from a bit of straight hose if you're running an induction kit, but straight hose won't fit around the standard airbox. Best option is to find a supplier, give them your standard hoses and ask them to make silicone replacements :thumbleft:

I think we got our universal pipe from SFS Performance, internal diameter is 27mm I think, someone please confirm that? :)

Does anybody know of someone who will make up hoses to order?
I don't like the idea of kinking a straight hose to fit...
Also, I found this Demon Tweeks/Samco Blue Silicone Coolant Hose Kit for a Protègè 323, any ideas as to compatibility?

There are a few companies that make up custom kits but either it will cost in the range of £100-£250 or they will expect you to have a minimum of 10 ordered. Roose Motorsport make them and just do a quick google search and see what comes up

I used straight hose for mine, it won't kink unless you bend it very far, which you don't need to do. I used straight pipe to replace the bottom rad hose too, and it only kinked slightly, still worked fine, held up to a thrashing around Castle Combe too ;)

Look for some ebay sellers, some of them will make you up a kit at varying costs.

Top/bottom hoses:
ID of 28mm

Expansion hose:
ID of 8/9mm

Screenwash hose:
ID of 3/4mm

Oil/breather hoses:
ID of 8/9mm

We bought these hoses from Viper performance to replace the large rad hoses, it's not a "standard" diameter, so can take a couple of weeks for production.

They used to offer "ribbed" or "smooth" from memory think it was about £45 for a metre length.
