Can anyone tell me the head bolt torque for a 1.5 Z5?

taken from haynes:
Cylinder head bolts
1.5 litre
stage 1 = 13-16 lbf ft OR 18-22 Nm
stage 2 = Tighten an additional 85° to 95°
