Help needed I have the dreaded water pump death on a mazda 323f 2.0 v6 and unfortunately I have to do it myself as im not letting a grease monkey garage mechanic no where near it! Is there a guide for tips on the forun and if so where? Thank you for any help in advance rob!

Afiak you have to go through the same steps as if removing the timing belt as it's all under there.

I asked about this before getting the garage to do it due to time and space constraints, apparently this is basically the same as the MX6 V6;

I got my water pump done the same time I had the belts replaced as it would all be apart anyway, and replaced the pulley wheels and tensioner too.
