Hey guys, so I had a problem - the passenger side central lock motor didn't work and the boot central lock didn't work either, because of the broken key stuck in the keyhole.
So one day I decided I had to get it all repaired. Searched all over the net for guides how to remove the motor etc., but there was just no use for that.

I took of the interior panel off the door and unscrewed all the screws of the lock system. Couldn't get it all out of the door, so just sprayed WD-40 all over it. It didn't drip into the mechanism at first, but after letting the car stay out when it was -12*c, the WD-40 got frozen, then after doing a 30km cruise, it defrosted and the liquid soaked into the mechanism, letting all the dirt away and making the motor work again. Haven't had any more problems with it by now.

It was a little more complicated with the boot motor - took off the interior panel, unscrewed the lock, took away all the rods from the lock (it was a nightmare, I have no idea, how did those fancy little Japanese workers put this car together) and wiggled the lock out of the hole. Couldn't get the broken key out of the lock keyhole, so just tried to lubricate the mechanism. At first couldn't move any part of the lock, so I took a hammer, a screwdriver and did it in the Hardcore style. A few hits with the hammer and the mechanism got loose. Lots of wiggling the rod around with my hands and spraying a huge amount of WD-40 all over the lock. After a few minutes it got even more loose, now I could even move the rod with one finger, but it was still too hard for the motor to move it. I took some kind of a Graphite lubricant, and using a paintbrush, put it in the mechanism, the more of wiggling and shifting the mechanism, and Voila! the mechanism started to move as good as a new one would.

Put it all together, attached the rods, screwed in place and tried it out.Worked perfectly. After another night outside the lock got frozen. Again, I just did a 20km cruise around and it defrosted, now it is working perfectly. The broken key in the lock was not the problem, why the lock didn't work.

I spent a few hours in the garage, no money, and when talked to my friends, I got informed, that in a Repair shop, it would have cost me about 50-70Ls, which is about 100-140$, which is about 52-75 pounds. The prices are very approximate, so don't take them as guides.
