I know a guy who had a ZXi from new and when this happened to him he told me the dealer fixed it for free because it was a known fault.
Don't know what they did. I can only guess that they replaced everything.

I've got these scratches and I also had them on my previous BA. I once asked a mobile windscreen repair guy if there was any way of restoring the existing rubbers so they didn't scratch and he just said to buy new ones. Great help.

recently bought a new ba, and yes, there where also scratches on the windows on that one too.

Wonder if its possible to get a new window without scratches ? :P

I'd have said so, probably quite pricey though, call a windscreen company and see? :D

What i wonder is, how fast will new scratches appear, even if you clean your window?

I mean, dirt and such will eventually get there again.

Question is just - how fast!

Tinting the windows in the front drasically reduces the amound of scratches that appear, or just makes them much less noticable. Unfortunatley this can make the front window illegal if you go for them dark as the front window already has a mild tint in it already. Maybe a clear protector film of some kind on both sides of the window.

I think the realistic solution would be to find the cause of the scratches, sort that, then buy new windows.
