Anyone got the dimensions for it? Mine is twisted and i need to make a new one. Cant find a new one in EU dammit

That's a tricky one. I don't have the dimensions, but what is the situation: are you not able to get it out and get the specs from it?

How about a specialist machine shop? If you're in UK, I just looked, and there's a place near me in the West Midlands that will remanufacture woodruff keys to a specific spec. I presume if you gave it to them they could determine the spec for you.

I had troubles with mine, so i bought 1m long hardened square key.
I made myself one from it and i believe i still got the rest sitting in my basement.

thank you all for replying. Mine got twisted and damaged the timing belt main pulley and the crankshaft pulley.

I just need the dimensions so i can repair the pulleys and woodruff key as the old one is twisted.

Just found out that the woodruff key is the same as in miata NA/NB 1.6 and 1.8 liter engines

I believe it was 5mm on 5mm square.
