Well, today after 8 hours of waiting for the parts store to bring me the thermostat, finally got it and installed. Now, there's some kind of weird problem that I've got (not sure to believe is a problem or not).

I've bought one of those radiator caps with a thermometer, and it says that my coolant is @95-100ºC. Is that normal? I believe it's not, but I'd like to see a 2nd opinion.

Mine always kicked the fan at 80-85C at the radiator..
Boil some water in th kitchen, place the tip of the temp sensor on the cap in the water and see what it reads.
I'm thinking that the cap misleads you.

So the car seems to work perfect. Is just that annoying temperature cap which doesn't work very well. Car reads 85ºC, the cap reads 100ºC. Tried it with boiled water, it marks 140ºC when boiling.
