Hi everyone

I ordered a couple of Lemforder rear top mounts yesterday, from different places as nobody seemed to have a pair. However, despite everything already being paid for, suddenly today one of the suppliers is claiming they listed in error, don't have it in stock, and can't get one :x

They've offered a refund, but it's left me in a proper hole, as I need both by a week tomorrow. I'd switch to a different manufacturer, but the other order for the left one seems to be going through OK, and I want them to be a matching pair.

Can anyone suggest where I can get one? Lemforder rear right top mount for '97 BA.

(Yes it is possible to get a pair from Mister Auto, but a different brand and they'd have cost over £30 more - which is why I bought separately from somewhere else).

Many thanks for any help :(

Serena

Edit:
Lemforder part no. is LEMFÖRDER 31128 01 (according to their catalogue)

I wouldn't get too hung up on the brand, they're all pattern parts at the end of the day. Really its a lump of rubber with metal around it, the shock absorber is doing a bit more work and probably more important to keep matched, the top mount is more of a vibration damper/isolator. Also, how old are the ones on your car, not like its a part that wears quickly or is prone to failing, unlike those pesky drop links

That's good advice Jon; thinking about it overnight, I think you're right, thank you. I don't care about "brand" other than trying to keep manufacturing quality as equal as possible.

The current ones are the originals. But I'm changing everything else, as that's all original as well - shocks, springs, front top mounts - so it makes sense to do the back as well, particularly as I can't check their condition. I'd rather know they're new.
