Can someone post me a photo of a BA rear top mount, please?

I'm looking to buy a pair, but as it will be aftermarket I need to check I get precisely the correct item, and obviously I can't get the current set off until replacement day ;)

Thanks!

S

You mean suspension top mounts?!

If so this is what you're after:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Ashika-GOM-327 ... suspension

The part number is BC1D28380 for the Right and BC1D28390 for the left (for the 1.5 & 1.8, the 2.0 one is apparently different).

You might want to get new bump stops and dust guards at the same time, think I paid £20 for a pair of Sachs ones (contained both sides). Oh and spring compressors, nothing shifts unless you have them, well, something will shift mighty quick if you undo the top nut without them, I imagine the spring and bits might take off in to orbit somewhere

Thanks Jon! Most helpful.

Yes, the suspension top mounts. Springs, shocks, ARB bushes already here, am ordering dust cover kit & mounts all around over the next few days.

Fitting at Hughie's weekend after next, he's given up his Sunday to help me out, what a star :sunny:

Then 20th anniversary MOT the week after

If it's only swaping the rear suspension it wouldn't take more than 2 hour for a single man to do it.Trust me.
So his Sunday is not so lost as it sounds.
If he does something else on the car, that may be the "death" of his off day.
I'm sure that for a guy who loves what he does there's no lost days..
Crossed fingers everything to be ok.
