So I have a small issue with the wiper stalk. On the first setting (the slowest one) the wipers move a little bit, then get stuck and a fast clicking noise begins to come from the wiper stalk. On all the other settings the wipers work fine. Any ideas?

Solved: There was moisture in the plug in the engine bay.
