Sold my BA will miss it after 3 years now have a BJ sport needs some TLC due to rust and lack of cleaning but I hope to get it back up to scratch.
Cost £690 with 74,500 miles has few dents and scratches also needs some attention on brakes.
Hopefully will get some mods started next month.

Cheers got it cheap plus cam belt was done at 64,000. Couple of questions for you guys are hids easy to do on the BJ plus what lowering springs and front speakers do you recommend ?

That's a lot of car for the money, nice one :)

HIDs are ok, but you must buy H7Rs, and they won't go through your MOT. I am shortly going to take all mine out, and fit standard bulbs back in ;)

I have Apex springs on mine, £103 from ebay, and a good firm, but not harsh, ride :)

Cheers Marc so do the HIDs fit straight in the headlights without modding cause on the BA I drilling a hole in the back to fit leads through?

Rubber backing on the bulb, fits without cutting :)

H7Rs have a blacked out area to reduce the amount of peripheral light emitted when used in a reflector set up :)

standard HIDs in the BJ lamp will dazzle other road users...a lot!

no HIDs should pass the MOT after April 2012 unless the car is fitted with headlamp washers and a self levelling system :)

however, standard H7 HIDs in a reflector lamp will dazzle and generally annoy other road users. They are not good, they simply cannot contain the beam well enough...

Its been few months too many but over the last week made some progress on my sport starting to look more like i planned.
Done so far is painted wheels gloss black.wind deflectors, sun strip, colour coded eyebrows, calipers red,
removed fogs meshed and sprayed in the gap, badges sprayed, ez lip fitted, tinted side repeaters.

Car being lowered on Friday on Fk springs and H7R Hids & L.E.Ds the week after.
