Heater Fan Resistor Card Replacement

Introduction

This is the circuit board that controls the heater fan speed. If it is faulty then your fan will either work on speed setting 4, or not at all.

Instructions

The card is found in the passenger side foot-well, see pictures below.

Look under here for the resistor card fixing point.

This is the resistor card mount. The card is held in by two crosshead screws (Stubby Screw driver required).

Get under the foot well and unscrew the two cross head screws, and the card will fall out, see picture below.

This is the circuit board card and plastic mounting, all moulded as one piece.

Disconnect the electric push fit connection and replace the card with new one.
